ALKASS U17 International Cup – Day 4

Aspire Qatar (1) Juventus (2)

Aspire Qatar played a good game against the Italian giants and were unlucky to go out of the match without at least a point.

They hit the post near the end of the first half, before conceding an early goal in the second after a piece poor defending that allowed to finish from close range.

Pape Ndoye pulled one back for the home side in the 61st minute after a good run from John Essien in the right hand side.

But seven minutes from time, Federico Mattiello received the ball inside the area without any pressure and was able to turn and send a low shot that somehow found its way past the keeper and gave his team the valuable three points.
